CORE OFFER

KLRMSSCE is a knowledge base research and training institution focusing on maritime safety, security, and economy. It is a one-stop shop for producing and disseminating knowledge and skills towards harnessing the enormous potential within the Nigerian and Sub-Saharan maritime domains. We create linkages through global collaborations and affiliations with other maritime knowledge centres. We identify existing HR skills and knowledge gaps within Nigeria and the Sub-Saharan African maritime industry and cover these gaps with cutting-edge and innovative knowledge and skills in line with global best practices and standards. We do this through three main hubs: Maritime Research, Innovation, and Training.
